Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and expand market presence.
- Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Deliver engaging demonstrations of our services to showcase the features and benefits of our fluid hauling services
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to meet client requirements.
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in, and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or direct sales, preferably in a technical sales environment.
- Strong cold calling skills with a track record of generating leads and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies.
- Familiarity with conducting services demos and presentations effectively.
- Experience in oilfield services sales is a plus
