Administrative Specialist
Global Interpreting Services is looking for an Administrative Specialist who will be an integral part of our expanding team. The Administrative Specialist is responsible for overseeing operations of all activities and scheduled appointments. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Schedule face-to-face interpreting services
- Create strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Maintain workforce database
- Distribute and obtain agreements as needed
- Respond quickly to all inquiries- phone, fax, email, and web inquiries
- Maintain daily operations calendar
- Interview and hire new workforce as needed
- Lead educational orientation for new hires
- Create new hire ID badges
- Handle daily confirmations
- Oversee translation process
- Compile daily and weekly reports
- Invoicing

Qualifications
- 1 years of administrative or staffing experience
