This 75 yr old Aircraft MRO organization poised for rapid growth is seeking a DIRECTOR of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT . With their in-house engineering & a robust inventory on hand they offer competitive pricing & quick turnaround times, making them an easy sell!
You would report directly to the CEO and manage 3 direct reports & grow the sales team out.
We need a leader with a proven track record in business development / sales for Aviation / Helicopter MRO (maintenance, repair & overhaul) of parts, engines, components, structures, avionics, interiors, upgrades etc...
You would be responsible for FULL LIFE CYCLE SALES REQUIREMENTS : identify new customer opportunities & expand existing portfolio, RFP / RFQ’s, contract negotiations, capture new business, through delivery!
REQUIREMENTS :
- 5 years of proven MRO Business Development experience within the Aircraft / Aviation sector
- Strong leadership traits to mentor and develop a solid team to deliver competitive proposals and engage with customers.
- Bachelor's degree
- US Citizenship / Perm Resident required
