Job Description:
- Schedule appointments to load software on user laptops.
- Image computers.
- Schedule appointments to swap computers.
- Well-versed in moving data/user profiles from one computer to another.
- Set up users, including desktop configuration, email accounts, ldap accounts, VPN accounts
- Troubleshoot software issues on employees' desktops/laptops
Must Haves:
- 2 years of related experience
- Previous Microsoft experience
