Job Description:
Urgent: Join our remote Helpdesk team to support students and faculty. As a Tier 1 Technician, you'll provide technical support for enterprise applications, infrastructure, and campus-specific software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Windows products, email migration, and other software.
- Install, configure, and maintain campus-specific software and services.
- Stay updated on current computer technology and recommend improvements.
- Assist students and faculty with lab equipment and software.
- Collaborate with the Helpdesk Manager and MCCS Associate Chief Information Officer on IT plans.
Required Skills:
- Strong helpdesk support experience
- Proficiency with Windows products
- Email migration expertise
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and SaaS environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
