Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar.
- Coordinate content creation and distribution to effectively reach our ICP and marketing goals.
- Create and manage content for a variety of channels to support our paid strategy. Content types include blog posts, e-books, guides, newsletters, video scripts, infographics, emails, landing pages, ad copy, press releases, sales enablement collateral, podcasts, and ABM campaigns.
- Research content and industry trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility. Track content performance and make data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
- Proofreading and editing content before publishing
- Collaborate with the Design Team for creative needs
- Track engagement and content analytics, generate reports and presentations
- Experience with B2B content creation and social media engagement with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Experience creating compelling strategies and messaging in B2B, with a preference for account-based marketing and intent data
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to content development as needed.
- Deep understanding of content practices such as SEO
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup
- You are a motivated team player, comfortable working at a high-growth company still defining certain processes, and will actively contribute to filling in gaps and building out processes as needed
- You ask the right questions to uncover prospect pain points and provide the right solutions to help address those pain points.
