Job Description

Globe Life - American Income Division is looking for a motivated Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective clients, educating them on life insurance solutions to protect their families and financial futures. This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities :

Educate clients on life insurance products and customize solutions based on their needs

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term protection and policy retention

Manage and track leads using CRM software to maximize efficiency

Stay up to date on industry trends and company offerings to best serve clients

What We’re Looking For :

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently while also being a team player

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Prior sales experience is a plus but not required

Willingness to obtain Life Insurance License
