Quality Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality management systems. This position requires a strong understanding of CNC quality assurance processes and the ability to utilize various precision measuring instruments and inspection systems to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems in accordance with Kaizen standards.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality processes.
• Perform regular audits of QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation related to quality control processes, including inspection reports and compliance records.

Experience

• Proven experience in a quality coordination role or similar position within a manufacturing or production environment.
• The person will need to be a green belt or black belt in Kaizen.
• The person have experience with analyzing and recommending manufacturing improvements in the metal manufacturing/Fabrication plant.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout all processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
