General Description:
The Digital Marketing Manager will drive online marketing strategy, enhance brand visibility, and grow customer engagement. Essential Function/Duties:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with each company’s luxury brand positioning.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest, LinkedIn) to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Oversee SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic search performance.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase customer retention.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for ongoing optimization.
2. Website & E-Commerce Management
- Maintain and optimize the website to ensure a seamless user experience aligned with each company’s brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site performance and functionality.
- Ensure website content is optimized for SEO and conversion.
3. Brand Positioning & Digital Presence
- Ensure all digital marketing efforts reflect each company’s luxury brand identity and design philosophy.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase online visibility and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
4. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyze key marketing KPIs, including website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Generate reports to track campaign effectiveness and present data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury furniture, home décor, or design industries.
- Strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing.
- Experience with website management and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and luxury branding.
