Mission:
The Accounting Specialist/HOA Experience role maintains accurate and consistent accounts payable, accounts receivable and other accounting needs and supports HOA management processes for GM Property Solutions. This role will work to build trust with our customers by consistently, accurately, and correctly handling property accounting needs and customer service inquiries.
Requirements:
- Full Time (45 Hrs A Week) within our M-F, 8-5pm business schedule.
- Accounting Knowledge
- HOA Experience
- Technical skills, able to effectively work in Google Suite and PM products
- Strong organization, detail-oriented, and communication skills
Outcomes:
- Accurately and consistently apply receipts & pay property bills
- Improve customer service to property owners and tenant inquiries
- Accurately and meticulously maintain owner, homeowner, property, unit, and tenant records
- The Accounting Specialist/HOA Experience role shall be and/or become an expert in our Property Management and HOA Management software (Appfolio)
- Provide financial reports to Owners upon request and answer financial questions.
- Improve our accounting department team.
- Support HOA Management processes and activities

Compensation:
- Salary: $20-22 (hourly breakdown)
- Bonus: Eligible for above and beyond effort, leadership, & exceptional performance
- PTO: *2 week PTO
- 1st year hire - PTO shall be prorated based on the employees start date.
(Example: Started on 10/1. 3/12 = .25 * 10 days = 2.5 PTO days). (Except for prearranged vacation prior to start date)
