Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our groundskeeping team. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the landscaping crew to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, tree care, and garden upkeep.
- Oversee the installation of new landscapes, including building and irrigating as necessary.
- Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Train new employees on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all landscaping activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is essential.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, tree care techniques, and garden management.
- Experience with irrigation systems and landscape installation is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for manual labor tasks.

- A valid driver's license may be required for transporting crew members and equipment.
