GNC is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based out of Pittsburg, PA. This role requires a strategic and independent professional to help us attract, source, identify and hire top talent for our Corporate roles.
What You’ll Do:
This is a Full-Time Salary Position
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role will focus on hiring professionals across our Corporate teams including but not limited to roles in Finance, IT, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing. The Corporate Recruiter will develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate relationships, and enhance our employer brand to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to discuss headcount, new requisitions, review and update job descriptions, discuss hiring strategy, and/or interview feedback - you truly act as a partner to hiring managers to dial in on the ideal candidate profile.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, fill roles quickly, and meet the unique demands of each business unit.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/ video interviews, and schedule in-person or virtual interviews.
- Discuss candidates you have screened with your client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews. Assist in managing interviews, give tours to candidates before their onsite interviews, and attend interviews alongside your client groups to act as another set of eyes and ears in evaluating candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination including initiating background checks, negotiating offer packages and extending offer letters.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Champion and promote the company’s employer brand to prospective candidates, ensuring a positive and consistent message is communicated throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Environmental Factors & Working Schedule:
- Hybrid work environment, 3 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely.
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
- 4 years of full- cycle recruitment experience preferably in professional services firm, executive search, or large corporate environment.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Sr. Recruiter, or similar role.
- Knowledge of government regulations related to employment such as FLSA, EEOC, FCRA, etc. preferred.
- Expertise in utilizing innovative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and databases, to find high-quality candidates.
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
