Position Summary:
The Accounting Coordinator will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions & Recordkeeping
- Accurately record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Assist in invoicing, cash receipts, and customer collections.
Bank Reconciliation & Reporting
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports).
Budgeting & Analysis
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities by analyzing financial data.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Audit & Compliance
- Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
Process Improvement & Special Projects
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes for efficiency.
- Support ad hoc financial projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Certification:

Technical Skills:
