Our Customer Service Representatives ensure the smooth and accurate flow of orders through our warehouses. They are the key connection between our customer needs and warehouse production. Our CSR Team are equally comfortable solving unique challenges for our customers as they are working shoulder-to-shoulder with our warehouse associates to get orders out the door. They work directly for our Customer Service Manager to deliver an exceptional result for our customers.

- Interact and build relationships with our customers ensuring a best-in-class experience
- Resolve complex client challenges or disputes in a professional manner
- Communicate with other departments to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
Client Services Representative Skills and Qualifications:
· Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
- Great interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- In-depth understanding of industry and best practices
- Comfortable using warehouse management software and other organizational computer applications.
- Experience in customer facing roles

$90,000-$100,000 per year
