Job Purpose
The Graphic Design & Copywrite Manager is a hybrid role, responsible for both designing compelling visual content and writing engaging, brand-aligned copy. This role will work on many projects, including digital and print materials, advertisements, social media content, and website/ product copy. This role will ensure that all creative output is on-brand and effectively communicates GOAT USA’s messaging to our target audience. Have a strong creative flair, a keen eye for design, and the ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging to our customers is essential in this role.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create and design eye-catching graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Develop visual concepts and layouts for marketing, including banners, email campaign, and website assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive design elements for branding, promotional materials, and online presence.
- Maintain a strong understanding of design trends.
- Ensure all design work is aligned with brand guidelines and meets the required aesthetic standards.
- Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for a range of platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, ads, and promotion materials.
- Develop creative content that resonates with GOAT USA audiences while maintaining brand voice and tone.
- Edit and proofread copy for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences to continuously refine messaging strategies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication, leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in graphic design and copywriting.
- Strong writing skills with a focus on clear, concise, and persuasive communication.
- Full-Time, exempt.
- Normal working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; must be flexible to work evenings and occasional weekends.
