Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting/ Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry and document management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and maintaining financial records.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate project-related tasks and support event planning initiatives as needed.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the accounting team.
- Proofread financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication.
- Provide front desk support as necessary, greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably in an accounting environment.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, Salesforce.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong project coordination skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
