What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Center Director position at God's Brand Christian Academy?
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Ensure that all minimum standards rules set by DFPS are in compliance.
2. Conduct monthly staff meetings.
3.Follow all directions of Center Director and Executive Director
4. Ensure that all duties assigned to the Curriculum Specialist are completed daily.
5. Ensure that all staff is implementing created lesson plans.
6. Possess the ability to supervise 10-15 employees.
7. Meet daily with the Center Management Team to work constructively together to meet company goals.
8. Actively host and participate in monthly staff meetings and annual professional development events.
9. Attend meetings and offer professional feedback as requested by the Center or Executive Director.
10. Implement Discipline policy for staff and students.
11. Work closely with the caregivers on day to day operations.
12. Work closely with parents to ensure high-quality care and education for all.
13. Handle all supplies and inventory for new supplies in a timely manner.
14. Greet parents at the door with a smile and be ready to build meaningful yet professional relationships, quickly solving parents concerns and providing feedback regarding their children regularly.
15. MUST possess valid TX Drivers License and be at least 25 years of age to operate company vehicle.
16. Must be able to work with all age groups and be flexible enough to float from classroom to classroom as needed with ease.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Education:
- Associate (Required)
Experience:
- Administration in a licensed facility: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
