Program Coordinator

Salary: $50-55K

What your future day will look like:

• Coordinate client activities, coaching engagements, and program logistics effectively.
• Manage logistics for in-person and virtual training programs, including participant communication, material shipping, setting up Zoom calls, travel coordination, etc.
• Track budget, complete basic bookkeeping, monitor and order licenses with vendors,
• As program coordinator, suggest matches between participants and coaches, track coaching progress, administer coaching evaluations, and respond to client inquiries.

Type: Contract to Hire

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong attention to detail and time management
