Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen workspace.
- Assist in bussing tables by clearing away used dishes, utensils, and debris promptly.
- Help set up and break down banquet tables for catering events as needed.
- Support food handling processes by ensuring all kitchen items are sanitized and stored correctly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and sanitation.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and guests courteously.
