- Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to specifications
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality management systems
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations
- Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
- Proficient in analyzing data and generating reports
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles is preferred
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus
