Customer Account Representative
Overview:
Gold Seal Distributing is a coffee specialty distributor in Northern Colorado, providing the best products and customer service to coffee shops up and down the Front Range. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers through excellent service.
· Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, credit terms, and delivery dates.
· Manage customer accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
· Develop accounts by recommending products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
· Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in customer service and account management
· Strong negotiation skills to drive sales and meet targets
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
· Prior experience in the coffee industry is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
