EXPERIENCE:
Six months cash handling exp.
Six months customer service experience
EDUCATION:
Minimum: High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
No felony convictions.
Computer literate
Must submit and pass an alcohol/Drug Screen.
Must be bondable.
Must be Licensable by the Apache Gaming Commission.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for guest services by carrying out a variety of transactions, such as exchange tickets for cash. Provide excellent customer service to the public
DUTIES:
Maintain and balance the Cashier’s bank and the Player’s club bank.
Secure banks for vault to audit
Must function as a team member of the Cage department
Resolve customer disputes and call the MOD if a satisfactory resolution is not found.
Answer the Casino phone in a friendly and helpful manner
Adheres to the safety rules, regulations, personnel policies of the Golden Eagle Casino.
Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be dependable and accurate.
Maintain all confidential and financial information
Must be at least 18 years of age with cashier experience
Must have at least six months cash handling experience
Must have at least six months of customer service experience
Must have basic computer skills
Must have good organizational skills
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Must be accurate and detail oriented
Must be able to get along with coworkers and work as a cohesive team
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule of all shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/DEMANDS:
Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.

There is a reasonable expectation you will be scheduled on duty and or on call days, evenings, graveyards, holidays and/or weekends.'
