Golden Heart Senior Care in Scottsdale is looking for an Office Manager. You will be asked to work in the office 40 hours per week during the business day. Your responsibilities will be maintaining a positive friendly culture in the office, posting job ads for staff, having phone discussions with clients, having discussions with staff, organizing the office, assisting with scheduling and care coordination, hiring and disciplining staff as needed, keeping a running knowledge of what is happening with clients and staff as well as anything needed to make the office run smoothly. You will have an intricate role in how the company operates. You will be asked to solve opportunities and develop systems where needed. Experience in healthcare is greatly appreciated.
