  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback through data entry in our systems.
  • Process cash handling transactions with accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide support in a call center environment, adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
  • Assist customers in navigating our products or services, offering guidance and recommendations based on their needs.

Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for engaging with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and efficiently.
  • Experience in outbound calling is a plus, demonstrating proactive engagement with customers.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
