Position Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you’ll represent Golden Movers with professionalism and integrity, drive business growth through direct sales and referrals, and ensure customer satisfaction at every step of the process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult and Close Sales:
- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and provide accurate moving estimates.
- Deliver compelling proposals and close sales to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Prospect and Build Relationships:
- Identify and connect with potential referral partners such as realtors, mortgage brokers, and other local professionals.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and some cold calling.
- Follow Through:
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to post-move follow-up, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate Across Teams:
- Partner with operations and customer service to ensure moves are executed smoothly and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Engage in the Community:
- Participate in networking groups such as BNI and attend realtor office meetings.
- Build strong relationships with top realtors and their teams in the Tampa area.
- Stay Informed:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills across phone, email, and text platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service excellence.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel locally for consultations and events.
- Previous sales or business development experience is preferred.
- Strong integrity and trustworthiness, with the ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated and ambitious, driven to achieve goals and take on new challenges.
- Excellent at managing your own schedule and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Programs Utilized:
- Microsoft Outlook (email, excel, calendar, OneNote)
- CRM Moving Software (training provided)
- QuickBooks Online (for creating invoices)
- Box.com (cloud server)
- iPad and iPhone for on-the-go work
Training and Support:
- 10-week onboarding plan to include:
- Hands-on training with SmartMoving software and phone systems.
- Shadowing moving crews to gain a comprehensive understanding of services.
- Ongoing mentorship from the Sales Manager.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $50,000/year (paid weekly).
- Commission:
- 2% on booked/completed job revenue, with potential earnings exceeding $100,000/year.
- Commission is tiered, increasing to 3% and 4% upon reaching specified benchmarks.

- Mileage reimbursement and a company fuel card.

- Complete 20 consultations/estimates per week.
