Overview:
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Assure cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, pots and pans.
- Assure cleanliness of all china, silverware and glassware.
- Inspect kitchens, work rooms and equipment for cleanliness and order.
- Disposal of trash, grease and food according to health department standards.
- Overall janitorial cleaning of floors and walls.
- Ensure the safety and security of guest and employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two years’ experience as a dishwasher or kitchen cleaner.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
- Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
