Executes company programs timely and effectively to achieve overall success
Ensure all personnel maintain the highest customer service standards

Recruits continuously to keep stores appropriately staffed and operating at a high level
Works with other departments along with external vendors on achieving company goals
Ability to multitask
Manages controllable cost by completing monthly audits and inventory counts
Communicates effectively to explain company initiatives
Creates weekly checklist that convey the goals of different departments
Adheres to all compliance with company, safety, and health regulations
Ability to oversee 5-10 c-store operations with food service
Document performance of team members as needed
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years in a management position
3-5 years of retail and/or food service experience
Ability to build and develop strong teams
Experience in PDI
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
