Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, performs routine accounting work. Processes and records transactions, monitors accounts, provides routine accounting reports, and makes adjustments as required in accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, payroll.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent and accounting courses resulting in basic knowledge of one or more accounting functions (e.g., accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, etc.)
Experience:
2 years of related work experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of (B/basic; J/journey; E/expert):
- One or more accounting functions (e.g., basic bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll processing, etc.) (J)
- Excel (E) QuickBooks (E) SAP (B)
- Generally accepted accounting principles (J)
- Relevant division concepts, procedures, and regulations (J)
- PC word-processing/spreadsheet software applications (J)
- Company computer systems (payroll, inventory, etc.) (J)
- Use of basic office equipment and machinery (PCs, copiers, fax machines, modems, etc.) (J)
- Project/assignment management techniques and procedures (B)
- 10-Key machine by touch (B)
- Division Operations (B)
