Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development & PLM Assistant to join our dynamic Childrenswear Apparel team. This role combines responsibilities in product development and tech pack creation, requiring a strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality and timely delivery while managing the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process and facilitating effective communication with factories

Responsibilities

Tech Pack Development

• Create comprehensive tech packs, including technical sketches, specifications, materials, colors, trims, and construction details.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into actionable tech packs that align with brand standards and product requirements.
• Update and maintain tech packs, ensuring accuracy and reflecting the latest design changes.

PLM Management

Communication with Factories

Sample Coordination

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Market Research & Quality Assurance

Requirements

Hybrid Work Schedule

4 days a week in the office, Friday work from home

New York Pay Rate $21.50 - $25.00 per hour
