Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Does work with clients and staff in house as needed, especially during school breaks.
- Coordinate and oversee program activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining program documentation and records.
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with including clients, families, and case workers.
Qualifications:
On-Site Program Coordinator must have one or more of the following:
-A master's degree from an accredited college or university;
-OR A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and consult with a person with a master's degree at least one hour for every 40 hours of case management work;
-OR Four years' full-time work experience directly working with, managing, or overseeing vulnerable populations in a related field and consult with a person with a master's degree at least one hour for every 40 hours of case management work.
Also, Candidates should have the following:
- Proven experience in program development, management, and supervision
- Strong administrative skills, including great record keeping
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse groups of people
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
-Candidates who also have para-educator experience or ABA experience or other related experience are encourage to apply.

Once hired, you will be trained to be on the on-call rotation for the agency to assist staff in handling crisis situation. At times this may require the manager to show up at the home or to cover shifts that need to be filled.
