Job Summary:
We are looking for someone who is punctual, pleasant, organized and willing to grow and learn. Customer service experience is required. Must be willing step outside of their work box when needed, to assist sales staff, management and service techs prep for a sale or big rentals.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Provide customer support and address inquiries promptly
- Utilize computer skills for various administrative tasks
- Respond to emails, keeping customers updated on repairs and builds
- Taking in services and repairs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and staff
- Proficiency in office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations
- Computer literacy with the ability to use MS Office suite and Google Suite effectively
