POSITION TITLE: Office Administrator
PROGRAM: BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ADVOCACY

Position Summary:
LEAN is seeking to fill the Office Administrator position. This position will work to maintain the day-to-day operations of the clinic, work closely with LEAN leadership to facilitate policy implementation, and manage quality client care via: Program Management, Policy Implementation, and Clinic Organization.

Job Responsibilities:
Program Management
· Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
· Ensure operations adhere to legal, compliance, and policy standards
· Promote employee satisfaction and healthy culture aligned with LEAN
Clinic Organization
· Manage client intakes and clinical maintainence
· Maintain clinician schedules and oversee caseloads
· Interview, hire, and onboard new employees
Policy Implementation
· Work closely with LEAN leadership to implement and maintain policies and procedures
· Communicate updates to LEAN leadership
· Analyze and coach staff to improve performance outcomes
Requirements:
· Previous managerial experience
Preferences:
· Experience in a mental health/ healthcare setting
