- Lead kitchen management activities to guarantee quality culinary offerings.
- Provide guidance and support to assistant managers and staff for cohesive teamwork.
- Oversee fine dining service standards to exceed guest expectations.
- Conduct team management activities such as scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory management within a hotel or fine dining setting.
- Familiarity with Fore Up POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
- Strong background in shift management and food production processes.
- Knowledge of kitchen management practices and food safety regulations.
- Previous experience in an assistant manager role is a plus.
