About the Role
As a Territory Sales Manager , you will be responsible for growing our golfer subscription base in your assigned region. Your focus will be on player acquisition, local marketing partnerships, and driving membership growth. This is a high-impact role with uncapped earning potential through our commission, revenue-sharing, and growth incentives.
Entrepreneurial Opportunity : You’ll have full ownership over growing Golf Share in your territory, with the ability to scale operations, build partnerships, and eventually manage a team.
Path to Leadership & Equity : Top performers will have the opportunity to move into regional management, executive roles, and earn equity in Golf Share as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Membership Growth – Generate and convert golfer leads through local partnerships, digital outreach, and community engagement.
Develop Local Partnerships – Work with golf courses, country clubs, and golf retailers to promote Golf Share memberships.
Sales & Marketing Execution – Utilize a mix of online and offline sales strategies to increase subscriptions and engagement.
Track & Optimize Performance – Monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize sign-ups and renewals.
Entrepreneurial Expansion Strategy – Identify opportunities to expand Golf Share’s presence in high-value golf markets and create scalable growth systems.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of sales, business development, or marketing experience (preferably in sports, hospitality, or tech).
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for golf – an understanding of the industry is a big plus!
- Strong leadership potential – this role is a stepping stone to management.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a bonus.
Compensation & Perks
40,000 base salary
5 per new subscriber
5% of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from your territory
5,000 milestone bonus for every 1,000 new subscribers
