About the Role
As a Territory Sales Manager , you will be responsible for growing our golfer subscription base in your assigned region. Your focus will be on player acquisition, local marketing partnerships, and driving membership growth. This is a high-impact role with uncapped earning potential through our commission, revenue-sharing, and growth incentives.

Drive Membership Growth Generate and convert golfer leads through local partnerships, digital outreach, and community engagement.Develop Local Partnerships Work with golf courses, country clubs, and golf retailers to promote Golf Share memberships.Sales & Marketing Execution Utilize a mix of online and offline sales strategies to increase subscriptions and engagement.Track & Optimize Performance Monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize sign-ups and renewals.Entrepreneurial Expansion Strategy Identify opportunities to expand Golf Shares presence in high-value golf markets and create scalable growth systems.What Were Looking For
2 years of sales, business development, or marketing experience (preferably in sports, hospitality, or tech).Entrepreneurial mindset you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Passion for golf an understanding of the industry is a big plus!Strong leadership potential this role is a stepping stone to management.Excellent communication and networking skills.Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a bonus.Compensation & Perks
