Here at Good Guard Security, We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
Anticipation of first year earnings: $85,000 - $275,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Build a pipeline of repeat and referral business to generate additional income opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Phone sales and call center experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed and surpass targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or business administration is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for client visits.
