Program Coordinator (Group Home Manager)

Make every new day count by helping someone smile. Good Life Corporation is seeking a strong leader with experience working with intellectual disabilities to join our growing team as a Program Coordinator! This is a full-time, salaried position.

Schedule:

• Primarily M-F 7:00am-3:00pm,9:00am-5:00pm, 10:00am-6:00pm, with extended hours as needed to meet program needs. Flexibility with schedule is a must. Also participates in on-call weekend rotation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Management of group home operations
• Direct support
• Managing program and client funds
• Scheduling
• Supervising staff
• Overseeing and implementing Individualized Support Plans
• On-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Extensive (2-5 years) experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Ability to attend and pass first aid/CPR, behavioral intervention (UKERU), waiver, medication administration and online training
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal record check'
