Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license.

- Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, undressing, and obtaining vital signs.
- Assist with basic health care needs and activities of daily living.

- Document client care when appropriate.
