We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nursing professional to join our team at The Good Samaritan Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality care and services to seniors in a Christian environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, resident-centered care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
- Provide age-appropriate support for daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and psychosocial support.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary needs.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional care to seniors.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position.
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in long-term care or clinical settings is highly desirable.
