Key Responsibilities
* Provide nursing care to residents in our facilities
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered
* Document resident interactions and outcomes
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, family members, and staff
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current LPN license
* At least three months of experience in Long Term Care
* Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
