Job Responsibilities: As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents. This includes assisting with basic health care needs, such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents. You will also assist residents with meals and snacks, provide water and supplements as appropriate, and aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures if needed. Additionally, you will document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary, and effectively communicate resident changing conditions and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse.
