Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nurse Care Coordinator. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents.
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, provide education, and implement various nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care and resolve care and service concerns.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
