Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This includes collaborating with residents and their families, as well as other inter-disciplinary colleagues, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, provide education, and implement various nursing interventions.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel based on job descriptions, skills, resident care needs, and the competence level of the delegate.
- Provide support to delegates to ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns.
Qualifications
- A graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring, or multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
