Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents in a Christian environment. This full-time position is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate care.
Duties
- Utilize the nursing process to provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents.
- Collaborate with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Provide adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe administration of resident care.
Requirements
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice of nursing is occurring.
