Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Provide comprehensive care to residents in all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education and support as needed
Requirements:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in a NLC state
