We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanford Medical Center Fargo, where we have provided over 100 years of housing and services to seniors with a commitment to quality care and service in a Christian environment.
This is a 12-hour rotating shift position. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of travel experience.
You will be paid weekly, including a stipend as part of your pay rate.
About the Job
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients. They collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Our RNs demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, utilizing appropriate age and population-specific standards as designated in their clinical setting.
Responsibilities include caring for patients throughout their journey, from preventative care and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. The RN is responsible for planning and coordinating patient care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program, such as the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
