Registered Nurse (RN) - Solutions By Sanford
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Solutions By Sanford program, you will provide individualized nursing care to patients while collaborating with inter-professional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
- Collaborate with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- Ensure comprehensive care throughout the patient's healthcare journey.
Requirements:
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- At least six months of travel experience.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
