Your Role As a Community Liaison

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.
• Educate patients, families, and referral sources about hospice care and services.
• Increase awareness of Good Samaritan Hospice through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with the hospice team to ensure seamless patient transitions.
• Advocate for compassionate end-of-life care and patient-centered solutions.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• Experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or community outreach preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice, home health, or senior care services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact.
