Duties
- Provide administrative support to church staff and leadership.
- Greet visitors and help them with information needs.
- Manage church office operations, including ordering needed office supplies, receiving/returning phone calls & emails, and handling mail distribution.
- Coordinate church communications, including weekly and special worship bulletin creation and weekly announcements.
- Assist with scheduling and event planning by maintaining church and building-use calendars
- Maintain church records.
- Handle miscellaneous office tasks as needed.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to interact with church members and staff.
