Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of proven experience as a Marketing Associate or in a similar role. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, have strong organizational and project management skills, and be able to use project management software.
- Build and schedule emails through marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Monitor and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
- Support marketing team with influencer marketing program to strengthen ties with our community and spread brand awareness.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Additionally, knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis (Google Analytics) is a plus.
